Analyze and compare the private web spaces and mobile applications made available to individual or employee health policyholders (B to C) from around twenty establishments among the main traditional insurers, mutuals 45, joint groups, brokers and managers
Analyze and compare a dozen web management spaces on the employer side (B to B)
Highlight the most common features, the most innovative/differentiating ones and identify the players in the market who are lagging behind or, on the contrary, ahead of others
Report the different procedures accessible online and assess their possible level of automation
Report on the information made available to policyholders regarding health and particularly regarding prevention within private spaces
Identify possible practices in terms of upscaling and multi-equipment within these spaces (subscription of reinforcements, proposal of individual contracts
