Comparative study of a dozen pension management spaces (web & mobile application) made available to TNS policyholders among the main market players

Analyze and compare the pension web management spaces made available to TNS policyholders from a dozen establishments among the different categories of stakeholders: associations, insurance companies, brokers
Highlight the most common transversal and management functionalities, those the most innovative/differentiating and identify the players in the market who are falling behind or, on the contrary, ahead of others
Report the information made available to policyholders regarding prevention in private spaces
Identify practices in terms of upscaling and multi-equipment within these spaces (proposals for complementary contracts on a professional and/or individual basis, possible rebound on contracts and services intended for TNS with employees)

Collection of information
The collection of the information necessary to carry out this study was carried out by recruiting professional panelists who agreed to provide us with their username and password allowing access to their customer area.
The screenshots were taken by us.
The collection of information (screenshots) was carried out between September and October 2022.
