Scope of study
Comparative study of 12 contracts for the group health market and 10 contracts for the group insurance market.
The choice of the 10 establishments analyzed for pension provision was constrained by the fact that the integration of assistance services into their collective pension contract is not systematic.
For each of these markets, participants with a significant market share were selected, but also included operators of smaller size in order to integrate diversity among the panel analyzed.
Collection of information
- General conditions and assistance agreements
- Commercial documentation
- Operator websites
The General Conditions, the assistance agreements and the commercial documentation used for this study come from the PROFIDEO Premium Monitoring Center. They were supplemented with commercial documentation and information from the operators' websites (date of general conditions and assistance agreements used: 2018 to 2021).
