Scope of study

Selection of 10 contracts integrating assistance services for each of the markets analyzed: health, GAV, temporary death, dependency, funeral.
For each of these markets, participants with a significant market share, but also operators of smaller size, were selected in order to integrate diversity among the panel analyzed.

The General Conditions, the assistance agreements and the commercial documentation used for this study come from the PROFIDEO Premium Monitoring Center. They were supplemented with commercial documentation and information from the operators' websites (date of general conditions and assistance agreements used: 2020 to 2022).
