  • Question the French on the evolution of their behavior in terms of consumption, savings and credit over the last 12 months and on their intentions for the months to come.


  • Understand the state of mind policyholders are in regarding their “insurance” budget : their desire for optimization, the steps taken and planned to reduce their premium, the contracts most likely to be terminated, etc.


  • Pay particular attention to Auto and Home contracts: identify the degree of sensitivity of policyholders to promotional offers, their intentions to compete, the efforts they are prepared to make to reduce their premium as well as the desired level of coverage.


  • Measure the impact of the increase in the cost of energy in housing: change of supplier, eco-renovation work carried out and planned, need for support in the procedures and interest in benefiting from services linked to the renovation energy of their home.


  • Anticipate behavioral changes among motorists and identify their intentions for their next acquisition (model, engine, financing method, etc.).
