Distinguish between the different methods of financial preparation for retirement of liberal professions and the thoughts and advice that led them to develop their strategy.
Investigate their level of information about the changes made by the PACTE law, their sources of information on this subject and especially what they learned from it.
Note their intentions to modify their strategy and possibly subscribe to new schemes.
Identify their support needs as well as the obstacles, fears and remaining questions.
Test the legitimacy granted in retirement savings to the different categories of market participants and the role possibly assigned to brokers and accountants.

A qualitative study based on 25 individual telephone interviews with liberal professionals
The 25 individual telephone interviews were carried out from March 9 to April 3, 2020 with self-employed professionals aged 40 to 60, having already developed a plan to prepare for retirement via savings offers, and all considering retiring in at least ten years.
Different profiles investigated
11 from the medical sector / 3 lawyers / 6 architects or surveyors
14 from 40 to 49 years old / 11 from 50 to 60 years old /
14 having no employee / 11 having at least 1 employee.
