Understand the perceptions that these retirees have of their complementary health insurance (price, quality, etc.) in absolute terms and in relation to other offers on the market.
Note the intended attitude towards their health insurer in the face of the increase in contributions (negotiation, competitive bidding, etc.) and the reasons for these intentions.
Identify their predisposition to lower their level of coverage and for which positions.
Evaluate interest in solutions to reduce their out-of-pocket costs (approved networks, RAC simulator, 100% health, etc.).
Analyze their appetite for alternative contracts and non-responsible contracts: hospitalization contract, hospitalization contract + routine care, municipal mutual insurance, etc.
