Studies project manager

  • Understand the perceptions that these retirees have of their complementary health insurance (price, quality, etc.) in absolute terms and in relation to other offers on the market.

  • Note the intended attitude towards their health insurer in the face of the increase in contributions (negotiation, competitive bidding, etc.) and the reasons for these intentions.

  • Identify their predisposition to lower their level of coverage and for which positions.

  • Evaluate interest in solutions to reduce their out-of-pocket costs (approved networks, RAC simulator, 100% health, etc.).

  • Analyze their appetite for alternative contracts and non-responsible contracts: hospitalization contract, hospitalization contract + routine care, municipal mutual insurance, etc.
